Well, isn't it just grand that young people get so much recognition these days for their creativity and hard work!
In my jungle, I usually just roar and grumble when something is not done to my liking. If something is, all I do is grunt. So, awards are not exactly my forte! Rewarding good work is a good thing, as it encourages students to keep up the good work.
However, what I think about on my daily prowls these days is how could people encourage those students who are not motivated by awards?
Is enough ever enough?
